make-a-wish event: A huge success

The annual spring Make-A-Wish Walk was held on Wednesday, April 24. Twenty-two students participated in the hour long door to door event. In just one hour, students collected $1,356.11. The money raised will go towards a three-year-old young boy’s wish. That figure was increased by a donation by the Joey Lundberg memorial of $650, making the grand total of $2,006.11 donated. Along with the local funds that were raised and donated, Trusted Choice matched funds raised of up to $1000, making the grand total donated towards Drake’s wish at 3,006.11. The StuCo/National Honor Society students would like to thank the many patrons that donated towards making this young boy’s wish come true. Thank you!!!!!
