
The HS track meet scheduled for Thursday at Adams Central has been cancelled.

Human A&P class got outside today and practiced the digestive system by drawing them on the sidewalk.





Look at the leavening agent activity that our students did in Foods and Nutrition! They are currently in our baking unit and they are discussing the roles of leavening agents in recipes.
They mixed baking powder and water together, baking soda and vinegar, and yeast, warm water, and sugar and watched the reactions are their filled up the balloons.





The Quiz Bowl teams competed in the ESU Quiz Bowl competition yesterday. The A team went undefeated on the day, until the final match, to bring home the 2nd place trophy.


Superior Invitational Golf meet has been cancelled due to weather.

Congratulations to the following student athletes who set records in their fall sports seasons:
Kelsi placed her name on the softball record board twice. She tied the record for doubles in a season with 17 and set a new record for career RBI's with 117.
Kaili also placed her name on the softball record board twice. She set the record for home runs in a season with 10 and the record for career home runs with 15.
Hallie marked her spot on the cross country record board and is now 5th on the girls cross country record board with a time of 23:06.03.

The NSAA is pleased to announce the student recipients of the Winter 2021-2022 Nebraska Chiropractic Physicians Association Academic All-State Awards. Since 2006 this NSAA Awards Program has recognized students who meet the criteria for nomination by their school in the season of their activity. Fillmore Central Students who earned this honor were:

The 2022-2023 School Calendar is now available on our website under documents: https://5il.co/17hgq. Teachers report on August 8th and students on August 11th. Graduation for the class of 2023 is on May 13th. The last day of school is May 19th 2023. We are excited for next year!


The speech team competed at the NSAA meet yesterday in Kearney. The team finished in 13th place. Congratulations to Tyler Cumpston for bringing home 6th place medals in both the Entertainment and Poetry categories.
