Dear Parents and Families,
There will be no school for students on Monday, January 10th. This is a calendar change.
I am excited to announce that we have been able to schedule a professional development speaker to come to Geneva and spend a day working with and training our teaching staff in the Marzano Instructional Model on January 10th. The Marzano Instructional Model uses research on best practices for teacher effectiveness in the classroom. Our spring and even next fall’s first Wednesday of the month Professional Learning Community days will be focused on learning and implementing these strategies that will be introduced to us on January 10th.
Have a great Christmas Break!
