Good luck to the FC Speech Team at SNC Speech in Sandy Creek on Saturday!

This afternoon Garrett Nichols signed with The University of Nebraska at Kearney to run cross country and track. He intends to major in Biology while at UNK. Congratulations Garrett!

The FC Speech Team is excited to offer Speech Camp for FC Students in grades 6-8th during March. See the pictures for more details and registration forms. Registration is due Friday, March 5th.



The Mock Trial team competed against Conestoga yesterday for a spot at the state meet. This extra trial was needed after a statistical tie through the first 3 rounds of competition. Unfortunately FC came up short as Conestoga won the district title in a very close match.

Students in Environmental Science have been studying water filtration. They created their own water filters using various supplies, such as rocks and coffee filters.




Last week's Mock Trial Competition ended in a tie so FC team 1 will be competing against Conestoga this afternoon at 2:00 PM for a spot at State Mock Trial. Good Luck Panthers!

FC boys basketball played their final game of the season last night against a strong Adams Central team. AC won 74-24.

The Speech team competed at the York Invite on Saturday. The team placed 3rd. Individual results are the in the photo.


The BBB team wrapped up the regular season at home on Friday night vs. Thayer Central. The team played well in the first half, but they could not hold onto the lead in the second half, dropping the game 56-46.

Congratulations to the following wrestlers for earning medals at the 2021 NSAA State Wrestling Championships over the weekend. It is quite an honor to be one of the 6 best wrestlers in your weight class across the state.

Menu change: tomorrow's lunch will be deli sandwiches instead of chicken noodle soup at all three building locations.

The girls competed in the C2-8 sub-districts at Sutton on Monday and Tuesday. The girls defeated Sandy Creek on Monday, 47-26, which set up a rematch with Sutton. The girls battled Sutton to the end, but their season came to an end with a 50-35 loss to the Fillies. Go Panthers!
