The wrestling team traveled to Centennial last night for a dual with Centennial and Neligh-Oakdale. The Panthers defeated state rated Neligh-Oakdale 48-34 and they defeated host Centennial 51-17. Individual results are in the photo.
The basketball teams were in action last night at Heartland. The girls were able to run away with the win, 59-21, while the boys played well, but came up short, falling to a good Heartland squad 54-43.

The wrestling quad at Centennial for tonight will now be a triangular. FC will compete in the last two duals of the night, with the first one starting at approximately 6:00 p.m.

The basketball teams were in action at Malcolm yesterday. The girls varsity Panthers ran into a good & undefeated C1 Clipper team, falling 49-25. On the boys varsity side, the Panthers kept the game close early, but was not able to hold on, as they were defeated 65-43.
The wrestling team was in action last night as it hosted Ashland-Greenwood for a dual. The team was victorious as they defeated the Bluejays 52-18. Individual results are in the photo.

Good luck to the reserve basketball teams as they head to Central City tonight! Go Panthers.
The basketball teams were in action of Saturday at home vs. Superior. The varsity girls lost a close game 57-48 while the boys team was able to pick up their first win of the season.
The Speech team opened their season with the Adams Central meet on Saturday. This meet was held virtually and our students did well!
The Panther Wrestling team had a great day at the Tri-County Dual Tournament.
The team went 5-0, claimed the championship, and brought the belt home to FCHS.
A lot of great performances and a great team effort by all led to the great day.
Good luck to the FC Speech Team tomorrow in their competition hosted by Adams Central. It will be their first virtual speech event. It will not be broadcasted.

The basketball teams were at home last night as they hosted Central City. The JV girls lost a nail biter at the buzzer, and the JV boys were not able to keep pace either.
On the varsity side, the girls lost a close contest, 48-42, while the boys fell 67-38.
The Panthers had a tremendous evening at the Norris Invite. They medaled 11 of our 14 wrestlers in the top 4 and finished as the Team Champion scoring a school record 230.5 points. Next action is Friday at the Tri-County Duals starting at 2:00 PM.
