
The Freshman FCS class enjoyed making omelets. They were giving a wide variety of toppings to choose from.




90% of FCHS students had completed their assignments before end of quarter. Those students who had no missing assignments were eligible to play dodge ball in the gym. Those who had missing work had work time. Check out our Facebook page to see the dodge ball pictures.

Foods and Nutrition class tried a variety of milks today. They tried reconstituted powered milk, whipping cream, buttermilk, half and half, almond, rice, goat, kefir, chocolate, skim, whole, and 2%. They then compared the nutritional information.

Thursday the FC Girls Basketball Team ended their season after a tough battle against Superior falling 72-41. These girls were fun to watch this season!

The FC Boys Basketball team closed out the regular season Friday night in Hebron. The boys played hard, but came up short, losing 59-52. They begin subdistrict play tomorrow at Grand Island Central. The Panthers will take on Adams Central at 6:00PM.

The Lady Panthers took on Sutton last night at the C2-8 Sub-District Tournament. This was the 3rd time these teams faced each other in the last 2 weeks. FC played with confidence and came out on top, winning 50-32. FC will face Superior on Thursday at 7:00 p.m. in Fairbury.
