This is a 12-month, full-time position that includes full family Blue Cross/Blue Shield Insurance, single dental insurance, disability, retirement, paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays. This is a Monday – Friday position. The successful candidate will work with our current bookkeeper for several months prior to her retirement. This will include attending workshops to learn some of our business software. Responsibilities would include: Completing monthly internal, state, and federal financial reports, financial interactions including human resources and payroll, purchase orders, and accounts payable as well as participating and collaborating on the yearly audit. Strengths of the successful candidate will include integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail. An understanding of school finance or accounting would be helpful and preferred. We will begin reviewing applications March 4, 2024. We will work with the successful candidate to choose a mutually agreeable start date.
