NHS kicked off adopt-a-pet week this morning with an assembly where they informed students of adopt-a-pet's needs and the activities planned for the week.

There will be a scheduled early dismissal on Wednesday, Oct. 20th for Parent Teacher Conferences. ELE dismisses at 1:05, MS at 1:20, and HS at 1:35. Parent Teacher Conferences will be held from 2:00 - 9:00 pm. NO SCHOOL Friday, October 22.

The 7th and 8th graders wrapped up their football season on Monday. This year the team was undefeated with a 5-0 record. In the last four years the JH team has went 18-1. This group has a lot of fun and a lot to be proud of. Congratulations JH Football!


Thursday high school students not on the ICU list participated in trivia contest. They competed as a homeroom. Students who were on the ICU had the opportunity to get work done. Mr. Lockhart's homeroom won the trivia challenge.





The CC team competed yesterday at the C-4 District in Aurora. Congratulations to Hallie and Cooper for qualifying for the state meet next Friday in Kearney. Hallie finished 7th and Cooper finished 12th. Congratulations Cross Country Team!

The Junior High volleyball season came to an end on Monday, October 11th. The teams have all seen a lot of growth over the season and are excited for what their future may hold with volleyball. October 12th the junior high teams attended the high school volleyball games to support their future teammates and celebrate their successes this season with an end of the year party.
