Why is the board calling this bond now?
-Urgent infrastructure needs in existing buildings
-Reactionary maintenance is expensive and not the best long- term solution
-Operational (fiscal) efficiencies of one middle school/high school
-Educational opportunities for students at one site
-Addresses handicap accessibility (ADA) and safety issues throughout the district

What’s Your Financial Impact?
Click the link for the tax impact calculator to find out. https://www.fillmorecentralbond.org/o/fillmorecentral2025bondinformation/page/financial-impact
*Ag land tax impact calculator is converting the assessed value that appears on your tax statement to LB2 valuation which is 50% of market, or full value and then multiplying times the bond levy.*
Formula: Assessed Ag Land Valuation / .72 (72%) X .50 (50%) X .0027 (bond levy) = Annual Tax Impact
